As someone who probably goes through that drive-thru more often than I should, I can tell you—he’s a game-changer. Every morning, he greets me—“Good morning, Dana!”—making it a point to recognize me, see me, and make me feel like a valued customer who wants to come back.
He turns my sleepy mornings into happy ones, every single time.

“I’ve been coming here for some time now but today was different. I met the most awesome Barista and staff. Lori wasn’t rushed, explained everything I knew but helped me decide on what to get, and offered a REAL mug for a drink to have in the store. A first in the US for me. Love this service and attention to detail I’ve received today!“
“UPDATE!! The fact that the manager took the time to read the reviews is a plus for me. Ms. Evelyn the store manager greeted me at the window with my drink made perfectly! I feel like a broken record when it comes to this location. They have some good baristas but then i CONSTANTLY have to get my drink corrected because they don’t take the time to read how someone wants their drink made. Clearly it says NO MOCHA DRIZZLE yet 80% of the time this is what they do as if I asked for EXTRA MOCHA DRIZZLE. It’s quite irritating especially when I place the order and have someone pick it up so I don’t see it until it gets to me smh.“

“I’m a frequent customer here at this Starbucks. My drinks are always so good reason why i didn’t give 5 stars is bc they seem to always forget my Carmel drizzle. It’s very frustrating when you notice it once you have already left and by that time the .60 cents isn’t even worth my time to go back.“
