There hot chocolate is perfect! Made with Whole milk and chocolate shavings! Not powder and water like the other shops I inquired about in the square. I went twice in our over night stay in town!
Kilwins is an easy stop while walking through downtown. It’s fun for kids and adults alike, with a wide selection of ice cream flavors, fudge, and other treats that are hard to ignore.
Service was friendly and efficient, with Beau standing out for being especially helpful. A pleasant, well-run spot that fits naturally into a visit to downtown Dahlonega.

Chocolate is amazing, service is friendly. If you are from out of town, you pay 10% more than the locals ! My only complaint
I didn’t have a problem with your prices , I knew how much it was when I approached check out . The lady behind the counter asked where I was from . I told her and ask why she wanted to know , she said locals get 10% off . If you’re going to charge visitors to the great little town extra , you might keep it to yourself. Chocolate is delicious!
