Worst service in a long time. We ordered online and still waited over an hour to be told it still wasn’t ready. All the workers could say was that our order was next and that they can’t refund the money because it was ordered online. When we tried to call, they said for us to order online. We’ve gone to Merle’s for the last 20 years and the service and response to bad service was the absolute worst. On this day, like 2 previous times I was trying to place an order over the phone. I called, was placed on hold for over 7.5 minutes. I hung up and tried to call back, only to receive a message their mailbox was full, they wouldn’t answer the phone. My drive took me about 10 minutes to get there, I called about every 15 seconds or so each time I got the message about the mailbox being full. I said all that to now say this. This has happened before to me. I called at 7:15pm and the woman put me on hold. She never came back to take my order. I called back and got the recording about they are assisting other customers. I left to go elsewhere to get supper. I drove by Merles, no cars in the drive through, and one car in the parking lot. WHAT OTHER CUSTOMERS! Just pitiful excuse for service. I guess I interrupted an important phone call.
