So, the waiter on this visit was only so-so, not the restaurant's fault. But the only tip option buttons on the payment PDA start at 20% and go up from there. Whatever happened to lower options when the service is lackluster? I had to enter to drop below 20% manually. I am a very generous tipper when I receive good service, but I am not afraid to reduce it when bad service is given. Servers need to get a grip on acceptable tipping rates! And yes, I've worked for tips also.

Big shout out to The Box sports Bar and Grill along with the owner Brian and Jen the bartender for an amazing home going reception for our beloved friend Dale yesterday. Thank you for making it so welcoming for the many friends and family that came to celebrate the life of an amazing person!. I cannot thank you enough!

My family and I have enjoyed going to the box for many years, we are always pleased to see Jodi there to greet us and give us the best service. She is a top-notch, bartender and staff member always going above and beyond to help around her and give all of her customers the best experience.

Please update your posted hours on Google. Our family of four arrived at 8:48 PM expecting to dine, only to be met in the parking lot by an employee who stated that you had already had “last call” and were closing. We didn’t even make it to the door.

To clarify, I asked if the restaurant was closed, and the answer was yes. However, there were still guests inside the restaurant at that time.

This experience was both confusing and disappointing. If your kitchen or service stops well before the posted closing time, that should be clearly communicated to avoid misleading customers. Otherwise, situations like this leave families like ours questioning whether we were simply not welcome. No worries, we will not return.

I come every tuesday night for poker. Meggie always takes care of all of us here and is amazing! Fun place to be each week.

All things considered i would recommend this place. Service was pretty good woth a pleasant server. Burger was made incorrectly. The server took it back to be corrected. When the food returned the burger was correct but the fries were ice cold. I didnt bother to send them back too. Great place to watch the game because of multiple tvs. Plus it is decorated cute for Halloween.

All i did was come to pickup a doordash order and was presented bad customer service. No clear direction of where to go. I wouldn’t even sit down to eat here. I ordered the buffalo chicken wrap and it couldn’t even back up

Shout out to Jodi for the best customer care!! We placed an order on Door Dash but couldn’t figure out how to add condiments so I called the restaurant and spoke to her. She went above and beyond to assure that our order was correct!! Thank you so much Jodi!

Met up here with a buddy for drinks & we decided to order nachos and some wings. We sat at the bar directly facing the service window and could see our food sitting for about 10 minutes being ignored/passed over by every server. When it got to us, 10+ mins later, it was unexpectedly cold yet still delicious; wings are amazing. I’d like to come back as the place has a great atmosphere, kind service & impressive menu but we’ll see.
