I come here all the time. I came through last night, 10-31-21 at 11:17. I understand closing hour is 12, so I was patient and tried to be understanding when I get home to find my order wrong. I called (the first time) to be hung up on. The second time I called, someone answered "Hello." and literally never spoke another word to me, just left the phone laying there.
