Sò delicious definitely 5 out of 5 stars recommend everybody try this place at least once
They have -great- food, but honestly... the service is horrible. I hate saying anything bad about people, but customer service is so important to me, and many others. Customer service is very poor, and I’m so upset right now by the way I was treated, for nicely asking why the prices on the food (food we -always- order) has changed. Alondra's is a restaurant with a mix of good and not-so-good experiences. The food is a highlight, with dishes such as camarón espagueti, filete de pescado, and Birria Tacos receiving praise. The caldo de marisco is a standout, while the Pasta Carbonada has been described as life-changing. Some meals, like the fish tacos, may still be confusing or unappealing. The service is improving, with many customers noting the staff as kind and attentive, contributing to a clean, open, and inviting atmosphere. The tortilla chips and salsa remain a hit, and the gorditas are also praised for their amazing taste. Overall, Alondra's has its strengths and weaknesses, but it is becoming a local staple and a family-oriented addition to the community, making it a decent option for those looking for a casual dining experience.
