I am extremely disappointed with my experience on Friday. I ordered eggnog boba. Cashier asked me if CAFFEINE was ok. Given that boba tea normally has caffeine in it, I didn’t think anything of the question. I was given eggnog boba with espresso in it. I’m highly allergic to espresso. I’m extremely disappointed in the lack of communication, it is completely unacceptable, and frankly dangerous. The menu clearly stated “eggnog boba.” Not espresso eggnog boba.
I am allergic to peanuts and nuts, but I got the turkey panini, i asked the lady upfront what was in it and no mentions of nuts. I ate it 6 minutes later and my lips started to swell, asked the lady up front if it had any nuts and she said “it shouldn’t Have any.” Later I found out pesto usually has nuts in it, I don’t know if it’s my fault or theirs, just be weary.
The best experience!! Every coffee I get is so consistently great, the food is hot and fresh, the baristas are so kind and friendly! Will 1000% recommend to any one needing a great coffee and the comfiest experience!
