“I am so impressed with the level of this store's amazing customer service! I had a really horrible experience at the Tunnel Hill store last night and this morning (a manager chased me out of the store taking pictures). The TH store had messed up our pizzas horribly, and instead of fixing, it the manager had a temper tantrum. She eventually agreed to replace the pizzas, but the pizzas never came. I went to this store to get some information and maybe contact info for the district manager, and they went above and beyond helping me down a path to get in contact with somebody and offered to make the pizzas that the other store messed up for free. I'm still really upset by the interaction at the Tunnel Hill store, but the interaction at this store has made me feel better about the whole situation. Thank you to all the employees and the management at this Domino's location! You guys are amazing!Update: This store's manager, called me and really made things right. She went above and beyond and her actions, have made it so I will continue being a Domino's customer.“
