Excellent Experience considering it was after 9 and all the other coffee shops were already closed but Dunkin is by far the best coffee place that I like the best and the pumpkin spice donuts are to die for. Thank you for being open past 9. We greatly appreciate that considering my boyfriend needed the coffee to make it back home to Kentucky. Thanks Again!
Every time I’ve come here my coffee and order has been great and given to me quickly, however working in the customer service field I’m really disappointed with the customer service at this location. I come here often, a few times a week. I’ve never been asked how I was once. It’s always “what can I get you” “what else” never have a good day or a friendly smile or anything of that nature. My experience in the past was good but the visit today brought some disappointment. We ordered a simple large black coffee.. simple right? Wrong, we got our coffee and didn’t taste it until further down the road to let it cool off a bit and the coffee had an unbearable scorched and burnt taste almost like drinking ashtray water.
