My daughter and I ate there last night. We both got the chicken teriyaki bento box. Her chicken had a hair on it that was very obvious it’d been cooked with it, it hadn’t just fell onto the plate. We were very discreet when telling the waitress. We didn’t want to make a huge ordeal about as the place was full. The waitress offered to replace it but she declined and said she’d just eat the rice and sushi since it’s cooked separately. She didn’t eat any of the chicken...read full review

My order was wrong. I ordered a super crunch roll and received a spicy tuna roll. I called them and the lady (maybe owner?) Was yelling at me saying I got the right stuff. Absolutely in called for. I will NOT be taking my service there any longer.
Not to mention this was a Hamilton Healthacre facility that ordered.
