“Around 7pm & everything went wrong. Made special trip for French dipper. They were out of au jus. HOW? Disappointed, I ordered roast beef & cheese. Cashier didn't charge me for my drink. 😁 She added chips without asking me. I always get the bread, not chips. I was able to tell the kitchen staff my preference & they obliged. Ordered Papaya green tea. They were out of that, too. However, they did make some & bring it out. 😁 Got 2 Asiago cheese bagels to have the next day. I said I don't like plain cream cheese & she said ok we have honey walnut. YES, my favorite. The next morning, I found 2 plain cream cheese in the bagel bag. 😒 Maybe my cashier didn't like me. I don't know. I must say I have never had a bad Panera experience before & this really didn't discourage me from going back.“
