To me it's about as authentic as we can get here locally. I've been totally satisfied with the 5 or 6 different dishes I have tried out and they always treat me very courteous (even if I can't communicate so well with a young lady who doesn't speak English). We always work it out with a translation app. I recommend.
I went yesterday to pick up food. I waited about an hour to get 2 tacos and gordita de lengua. After getting my order I ate one taco and it tasted like it had been cooked with fish and made the lengua taste like fish. Truly for the high price of the food I expected better. I also tried the gordita with I got mixed meat of lengua and barbacoa and they same fish taste and the sour cream tasted like it had been sitting out for a while. I was not please.
