This Wendy’s ALWAYS fails me. Every time I’ve tried to give them a shot they have new faces, new employees and the same horrible experience. The cashier “Genesis” was not informative at all. She failed to inform that there would be an up charge to ordering a lemonade. Normally that wouldn’t have been an issue but since there coke machine wasn’t working and all they had was diet drinks available I got a lemonade for them. Absolute worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to anywhere! The drive thru here is an absolute nightmare. They take forever to acknowledge you, and when they do, they tell you they’ll be with you in just a minute. Then you stay at the speaker for another 10 ministers before they even take your order. That’s just half the battle. When you get to the window to pay, be ready to spend at least another 10 minutes waiting for your food. And when you get your food, don’t be surprised...read full review

I was just at the restaurant at 9:09pm (closing isn't until 10pm) and no body answered the speaker, and the little black girl walked up to the window and completely ignored that we were there.
