Angel was the most sweetest person ever Xavier was also the best service ever. Asking me considerate questions and being really kind and outgoing. i better see them get a raise. If he is getting paid minimum wage that is a disaster
Sad? Eat here, I promise you... I don't guarantee that you will become happy... But it makes me happy ✌
Spent $43 on lunch for the family...asked for 1 extra package of salad dressing because the amount they gave me wasn't enough for my huge salad. They charged me for it. 🫥 I'm asking them to consider a new slogan/policy...Spend More Than $25 AND Get One Free Extra Condiment! I guess I will start keeping some of the free dressings that other restaurants give me without limits for when I visit Zaxby's.

Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings offers a variety of popular menu items like chicken strips, fries, cheese bites, and the Mr Beast box. Customers appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, especially noting positive experiences with employees who ensure orders are correct and provide good service. The restaurant's atmosphere can vary; initially, the location received high praise, but some visitors have noticed a decline in staff attitude and courtesy over time. The drive-through can be busy, especially around 4:30 PM, with long lines wrapping around the building, making it a less convenient time to visit. Meals like the Garden Cobb salad are available for vegetarians. While some items like chicken and chocolate are enjoyed, others like the cheese bites may be disappointing. Overall, Zaxby’s is seen as a good place to eat with friendly service, but recent changes have affected the dining experience for some customers.
