“Julio and Claudio made sure we had a great 70th birthday experience. They put the sombrero on the birthday "boy" and brought the lit tray of 70 candles we snuck in beforehand out with dessert. Then they and their crew sang Happy Birthday in English and Spanish. The guests were thrilled! And on top of it, the food was absolutely wonderful! Love this place.“

That being said, there is 1 negative that I hope they fix, or I will limit my visits. It's the wine cost and selection. Even at the finest restaurants in Atlanta 20 to 25 dollars per glass is ok for their finest wines. At Trattoria, their very mediocre wines, (was told a couple of them on the menu are grapes that they bring in), are 20-25 per glass. That, to me, is not a very good selling point. Expand your menu, add some NAPA wines, charge me 20 per glass and I will frequent Trattoria!“

“I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience because it genuinely ruined what was supposed to be a special occasion. This is usually my favorite spot to eat, so I was really disappointed.

My waiter was shockingly unprofessional and downright rude throughout my visit. He shoved plates at me instead of serving them properly — not just once, but multiple times.

At first, I tried to be understanding since he seemed to be the only server working, but I couldn’t help but notice that he was perfectly pleasant and attentive to other tables. It really felt like I was singled out and treated disrespectfully for no reason.

This was supposed to be a nice birthday celebration, but instead, I left feeling upset and embarrassed. I would not recommend this place based on how I was treated, and I hope management takes steps to ensure no one else has their special day ruined like this.“
