Our carhop was David. He was working ALONE in the dawsonville location. It is almost 5pm and he is alone to take orders, take payments, cook and deliver food to each customer. The kindest young man with good manners was doing it all. I would give management a -10 for leaving this young man alone to do it all. I would rate David a 20. Even in the face of pissy customers he is a kind young man.
The young man with long hair working around 2pm on Easter was awesome! Great service the food was fresh and the slushies were full of nerds. Probably the hottest freshest fast food with not a single thing missing that we had ordered is definitely rare in fast food these days. They definitely gave us a great experience. My husband only ever orders the coney and he said it’s the best one he’s ever ordered.

I pulled into the drive thru behind two other cars. I ended up waiting 30 minutes just for those two cars to order (no one was ahead of them at the window or anything). I sat at the speaker for another 10 minutes before pulling out of line because I needed to get back home to the babysitter… I don’t normally leave reviews good or bad but this experience was horrible enough for me to say something about it.
