“My daughter wanted to go to Moe’s on Thursday night (3/19). I had only been there once before and had occasionally eaten catered food from there, so I was a bit skeptical since I’m not a big fan of trying new things.

As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with a friendly “Welcome to Moe’s,” which immediately set a positive tone. After looking over the menu, we were helped by Miranda. I explained my limited experience, and she reassured me right away that she would walk me through everything. She made thoughtful suggestions based on my need to avoid anything hot or spicy, which I really appreciated.

I decided on a bowl, and she seamlessly guided me through the options, clearly pointing out what I could eat and what to avoid. She then passed my tray to Jeremy, who continued the great service by recommending additional items at the next station.

At the register, Teegan greeted us with the same level of kindness and patience, making the whole experience feel easy and welcoming despite my unfamiliarity with the menu.

This team truly went above and beyond to make sure my daughter and I had a wonderful dinner experience. I highly recommend stopping by to experience their outstanding customer service.

“Stopped in for an early dinner before going to the movie.\n\nHere it is still winter, temp outside was probably in the upper 40’s to low 50’s, we walk in to order and it’s freezing. I asked if they had the AC on, no reply, I asked a second time and the gal finally said yes, I asked for what, she just looked at me.\n\nAnyway we ordered the #2 on the menu, soft shell Taco’s. We received our order pretty quickly and we went out to the car and ate, just for the heat. Food was good.“
