“An Atlanta landmark. My Dad took me here as a child and his Dad took him as a child. The best Cuban sandwich in ATL. The yellow rice mwith salsa mixed with the black beans and mojo sauce is deliciousness! I always get an order of the fried plantains to go with my meal. This time I ordered a chicken, cheese & jalapeno empanada, and a mushroom, pepper, jalapeno & cheese empanada and I'm so sad I never tried them before. I'm going back to order each flavor to try!!! I got my food fast and fresh. I went 2pm on a Monday and it wasn't crowded. I ordered a full Cuban with rice & beans, order of plantains and 2 empanadas for $38. Price is a little high but I don't mind because it's so good!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

“The guest service was great. Very fresh and tasty vegan options. I was in a little before their lunch switch. I asked if I could get the veggie empanadas. They fried them up fresh with just a few minutes' wait. Fresh fried plantains and a side of the chick pea salad. This was a late bfast or early lunch worth the money in a limited vegan option Downtown Atl. Thank you for this wonderful surprise.

“I've never been to your establishment, my husband went to get us lunch on the recommendation of a friend. I was defiant when I read your menu, but my husband brought me a perfect cafe con leche and an amazing, delicious, Cuban sandwich. I am sorry I doubted your cubanosoty !! Great job keep up the delicious work, will be in myself to try what other yummy stuff you make.“

“Amazing little place in hapeville. The food was incredible, first time going wasn't a disappoint for sure! The owner was just fabulous, just full of energy and spunk just like the food! Eight of us for a team lunch she came in took the appetize orders entree orders and drinks with no pen or paper and didn't miss a lick! Granite they were out of a lot of items but it is a Friday afternoon and she said she prepares all the meals fresh daily! Great job Just great!“

“my family and i came to atlanta for the weekend and found this spot for a late lunch. the staff was friendly and attentive, making our visit a good one!
the food was delicious! the horchata tasted freshly made, but the cappuccino lacked sugar. the tortilla chips were warm and the queso fundido was hot! the rice has a lemony taste to it, which paired well with the beans! we ordered a side of tortillas, but the tortillas had mold ?
overall, the service was good fast, and the food was delicious!

“Food was delicious, portions and taste, worth the price.
Vegetarian options: The vegetable selection for the vegetarian dishes are fresh, grilled and seasoned deliciously. Everything tasted great. I had vegetarian enchiladas, you don't even realize you're missing meat. Yellow rice and beans, so yummy, smoky and flavorful. The chips and salsa that are served complimentary are good too.
No complaints, except they didn't take cash, because they couldn't give change, but we didn't require any so they accepted it.
Parking: They have a parking lot with free parking and there is also free street parking at the restaurant.
Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly, offering high chairs. Nice atmosphere, dine in or outdoors.“

“We had "pastelitos" for the first time in Little Havana in Miami this year, loved them and searched for them here in Atlanta. Delighted to say that the guava (as well as the guava with cream cheese) pastelitos here were as good or better!! Delicious, light and flaky pastries, especially if you like guava. Service was excellent.“
