I rarely eat in here so can’t speak on atmosphere. I place mobile orders exclusively so I’ve never had an issue with the accuracy of my order.
The food is usually hot and fresh. Not sure why sometimes they put a plastic wrap over the drink instead of a top but I just as for the top and we’re all good.

Me and my daughter come here often. They’re always very helpful and nice. I got a Banana split with no bananas and it was awesome
The food is on par with most other Dairy Queen locations (good), but it shouldn’t take 25 minutes to get my order when there’s only 2 other people in the drive thru.
