“I’m a regular at jays. Sometimes we order and sometimes we go over at their Decatur location. I have lovely memories at Jays. They have never missed with their food so far. I often get the stacker, but I’ve tried their burgers and ordered the ceaser salad wrap today (which I’m eagerly waiting for). I love jays, all of their food hits the spot every time! The lady at the counter in hijab was so nice, I changed my order last minute and she was so sweet! 😂I wish them the very best! I don’t have any pictures cause I end devouring the food cause it’s soooo good!!“

“I live pretty close by and always drive pass this place and have read a lot of good reviews about this place. Had couple of breakfast sandwiches. Bacon egg and cheese in a crossaint and a chicken sausage egg and cheese in a croissant and both the sandwiches were absolutely delicious. I want to go back and try few of their other menus.“

“I had a truly enjoyable experience from start to finish. Not only did I enjoy a delicious lunch of a ham croissant paired with a drink and broccoli salad, but everything was fresh, flavorful, and prepared just right. The croissant was soft and buttery, and the broccoli salad had the perfect balance of crunch and sweetness.

I also ended up purchasing smoked turkey and cookies to take home, and they did not disappoint. Everything was fresh, well-packaged, and clearly made with care. It’s always a great feeling when the quality you enjoy in-store carries over to what you bring home.

What really made this visit stand out, though, was the team. Antonio, Laila, and Saniyah were absolutely the best! They were welcoming, attentive, and created such a positive atmosphere.

I especially want to highlight Antonio and Saniyah’s professionalism. While I was there, I overheard them assisting another customer who was having an issue with a discount. Even in a potentially frustrating situation, they remained calm, patient, and incredibly respectful. They took the time to listen, explained everything clearly, and did everything they could to assist her. Their tone stayed kind and composed the entire time, and you could tell they genuinely cared about resolving the issue.

That level of customer service does not go unnoticed. It made a great experience even better, and it’s exactly why I will be returning and recommending this location to others.

Despite how busy the store was, Tiffany took the time to discuss my event and made sure every detail was just right, including matching the exact color of the flowers on top of the cakes. “Love Brooklyn Bagel Bakery & Deli! I've been to all of their locations now, and I either get a delicious bagel and chive cream cheese and lox. When I go for lunch, I cannot resist that amazing Reuben sandwich. There are lots of other options. Love that all their restaurants are family-owned by members of our community. The customer service is great and you feel the love! I’m so happy the Brookhaven restaurant opened so I can get my favorites located minutes from Dunwoody!“

I grabbed the triple-decker club, and it was fantastic—piled high with meats, stacked just right, and seriously tasty. Honestly couldn’t believe it was under $8. “Delicious. I got the veggie plate, which was 11.95 for 4 side veggies and a piece of corn (pancake?). The cabbage, green beans and collared greens were cooked well and flavorful. All different textures to compliment the veggies. The mac and cheese was baked and comforting.

Tough for me was that everything was boxed in Styrofoam, including their drinks. They helped refill my water bottle, but only if they handed me a Styrofoam cup. Technically, these are better choices than the polypropylene black boxes other vendors are using since neither can be recycled.“
