“Second trip to this restaurant. Here for the holiday weekend every year, and this place may just become a yearly stop. Super nice staff. Excellent food. Their quiche of the day: crab, smoked gouda, and spinach was deeeelicious. My friend had the onion soup and the salmon BLT and she enjoyed both. Clean place with a country feel. Just what you want from a corner cafe in a small town. Thanks for another great lunch!“
“My fiancee and I stopped in here on the first morning we stayed in the area, and I couldn't believe how good the food was or how nice the staff were. It was so good we stopped in for lunch on the way out the next day. If you're in the area, this is definitely one of the best places to stop for food (and I recommend the gravy biscuits!)“
“We went there to combine lunch and wine tasting but they don't serve food all the time. Check their website for food events before you go. We went to the winery, got our flights and then headed back to the barn. There was a singer who made the atmosphere even more welcoming. View is amazing! Be careful where you park when it's muddy, we got stuck and needed help to move the car.“

“We were from out of town. We stopped by Veronica’s for breakfast. I had an omelette, my husband ordered pancakes , sausage, hash browns, and eggs. It was all delicious. Because it was so good we went the next morning. I got the home fries with a side of gray while my husband had full breakfast again. We were greeted with such hospitality you would have thought we had known them for years . What a great experience all the way around. PS they also had great coffee!!“

“My husband and I have frequently passed this place on his commute back and forth to Toccoa, Ga. Today we decided to stop in and give it a go finally after many times wanting to stop in. BEST. DAMN. DECISION. ??The burgers were cooked perfectly to temp and the homemade pimento cheese speaks to my southern heart. This is a true Georgia restaurant with true southern hospitality. Go DAWGS!And that banana bread French toast! OH MY STARS! So delish! We will definitely be back. Oh and try the homemade carrot cake! My hubs is not a fan of that flavor in general and he even said he would eat a slice of that cake! Owner’s wife is an excellent baker!“

“We're down visiting from Ohio, and my Step-Mum said she had the perfect place for breakfast. I got the bacon, eggs, and cheese sandwich with a side of grits. My son decided that he was going to tackle the 2 pancakes with eggs and sausage. We'll just say that we did not leave hungry. I even ordered a BLT to go for lunch later. My only regret.. not taking a picture before we dug in. Delicious. Thank you ?“

“I worked here for 5 years & still miss it. I get something to go at least once a week. Absolutely love their cucumber salad but also Blue Ridge Chicken, Lemon pepper chicken, fried okra, & fresh veggies! My favorite breakfast used to be the chick a dee hash but I'm not sure if they still serve it under the new ownership.Vegetarian options: Veggie plate & salad bar“
