I came to order food but had to use the bathroom first but the doors were locked and so I asked the girl at the register if I could use the restroom and she said well I would like if you bought something first, I said what would you like me to buy, she said a water cup, I complied. I was charged 2.57 for a small water cup which I thought most places was free but that is besides the point. Terrible service, when I was waiting for my order they never called me and when I went to pick them up no one told me it was my order I took them because I imagined they were miss, I opened the bag and the fries were hot but the burgers were totally cold and I went to claim and he told me that my order had already gone out half an hour ago and that it was my fault, then he took the hamburgers and abruptly threw them in the trash can. Very bad experience.

I came to order two chicken wraps through the drive-through at 10:15 PM on a Saturday night. I Told the lady what I wanted. It is a very simple order and all she said was OK. - So I took the initiative and I said thank you and drove around to the window.
