We enjoyed the food from here. The quinoa bibimbap was something new that I have never tried at any Korean restaurant anywhere. If you are in the area and your adventurous you should give it a try! The vegetarian pancakes were crispy and freshly made. We also loved the hot corn tea they served us.
We came here for lunch and we ordered 2 lunch combo meals. I ordered the BBQ short rib and beef tofu soup, which I highly recommend. The short rib was very flavorful and the soup was perfect for today's chilly weather. My friend ordered the pork bulgogi and kimchi tofu soup. The pork bulgogi was pretty good with the onions, but the kimchi soup was more sour than other kimchi soups that I've had before. This is the spot for soondoobu jigae and other hearty stews. In my mind, this is my gold standard for flavor of stews. We have been coming here for years and this restaurant is our favorite. We always order the combination of stew and bbq. The portions are generous and filling. I add the fried fish because I love it so much. The gentleman who runs the establishment is friendly and he is so great.
