The wait was a little longer than expected, but the food was delicious! The shrimp and grits were perfect and the peach cobbler French toast was incredible. The restaurant was clean, but the music was a little loud. Great spot for brunch!

Read all the positive Yelp reviews, so I had to check out Flavor Rich while driving through the area. The drive from Atlanta was about 1 hour because of some traffic. Once at the restaurant, the wait for a table was about 30 minutes.
I ordered the Banana Foster French Toast. Do not underestimate the portion of the dish. It was HUGE with a lot of caramelized bananas and strawberries topped on the French toast. It was extremely sweet (and delicious).

I ordered fish and grits which was delicious. However, i ordered a side of scrambled eggs. I was not told the eggs were liquid eggs and they were awful. Wish i was told before ordering. I was told those eggs are similar to scrambled eggs at other restaurants which is not true. Note to patrons, ask if the eggs are real or not 🤔

The best brunch I've had in quite sometime! The waffles are scrumptious yet everything we ordered was as well. A bit pricy but overall...no complaints!

Tried to eat there three times. Don't want to be be that guy but pretty sure it's not for folks who look like me. That's fine, just make that clear before I drive 30 minutes to be told there's a 1:30 wait with only four people outside and a table available. Food does look good, though.
