“CFA atmosphere is the same everything. It’s one of the things I like the most about it. This location struggles to take orders well. Almost every time I’m in there are multiple people running around doing almost anything but taking orders, especially if it’s 15 minutes before breakfast ends. I’ve missed breakfast multiple times despite being there more than 15 minutes before it ends with a line of less than 5 people. They also seem to prioritize the drive thru over the lobby.“

Staff is friendly, food is good, only thing I would suggest is a few more premade salad selections by season, but you can do a build your own so no worries they will make it how you like it. “A friend and I went for a late lunch on a Sunday afternoon (around 3:00). I'll start with the very positive: the salads were excellent and there were several organic options available. But...

The place was about 25% full. I don't know if we just barely missed a lunch rush, but the place was quite messy. Several of the tables were sitting with previous diners' stuff still on them and there were no napkins out.

And for two salads (we both added a protein) and 3 bottles of water (I was thirsty), we paid $55 and change. Now, this is a place where you wait in a line to place your order and move along with the employee as they assemble your order, much like Chipotle or Subway, but that's not a Chipotle/Subway price.

As I said, the food was excellent, but it IS salad and it is very much a fast food experience (disposable cutlery and all). I frequent a salad place near my home called Chopt that is very close in enjoyment, albeit with no organic options, to Upbeet for about half the price.

I was a little disappointed at 1st glance, but that soon changed once I took my 1st bite. I've tried a few places in ATL, but they had one of the best tasting sandwiches. “Good, not great. Had the much talked about lobster roll. It was good, but maybe not quite worth $34. Truffle tots sound great, but again, just OK, as was the "Vegbox" side. My guest had the BBQ salmon salad, he said it was really good, flavorful, except the bacon was chewy.

This location is the smallest with no ambiance and minimal inside seating, most is outside, which is nice except on a bad weather day. Friendly service though in this order-at-the-counter joint in a popular West Midtown plaza.
