This place was so good. The menu is HUGE, but you call when you're ready, so there's no pressure to rush through it. But I recommend looking ahead of time because you only have 2 hours once seated. My friends and I ordered several dishes and shared them family style. I highly recommend this so that you can try more things.

I’m sorry I used to love this place. But they are sooo cheap. False advertising. Nowhere on the menu does it say there’s a credit card surcharge. It’s awful and as much as I used to come and spend hundreds of dollars with my friends. I won’t anymore. Just charge the price you need to cover your expenses and not bait and switch. #cheap #falseadvertising

Having been to Japan, the menu was pretty authentic and gives people an opportunity to try Izakaya menu staples that you wouldn't find at your typical sushi or ramen restaurant in Atlanta. I like restaurants that have small dishes you can try, and this restaurant allows you to try a lot of different flavors. I'd recommend trying the yakitori, okonomiyaki and the BBQ eel as those are menu items hard to find elsewhere in the are and they were all delicious. The atmosphere also is really cool and feels like a true family style Japanese restaurant, with a sushi bar to boot.

Great food and staff, a very different experience than a typical bar or restaurant would be for a group of friends!

This is hands-down one of the best Japanese restaurants I've been to in the area, from the selection to the atmosphere and even comparing it to my experiences at restaurants in Japan - I loved it and I'll definitely be coming back! I tried the Beef Tongue, Salmon Ochazuke, Salmon Onigiri, and the Tempura Ice Cream. Everything was perfectly cooked and prepared. The selection on the menu is amazing too, there's so many things I wanted to try! My table mates ordered the Kushiyaki Skewer Plate, the Spicy Kimchee Miso Ramen, the Tako Sunomono, and the Wonton Cheese Agé, all of which tasted delicious and were served beautifully. The service was fantastic, our servers were all very kind and checked on us frequently, and all of the food came out relatively quickly, despite being busy on even a Monday night. The atmosphere was great and I really love the interior of the restaurant. I highly recommend this restaurant to any fans of authentic Japanese cuisine!

My favorite Japanese restaurant in Atlanta. They have small plates to share, and everything is so yummy. It does tend to get busy, but it's worth the wait.

Most of the dishes are good, but there is better elsewhere - but it’s rare to find such a wide range of dishes all made with good quality like you do here. The nigiri have ginormous cuts of fish - the red snapper I got was fantastic. I like the front of house staff, but our server this time was really stressed out and kind of killed the vibe.

One of my favorite Japanese restaurants I have tried so far. The variety and quality level is impressiveThe eel and beef bowl is delicious. The takoyaki is really good. The miso ramen was a bit too salty. The service button is nice. I also like how they provide the Japanese chili powder.
