I really enjoyed my dinner but for a filet it had a lot of fat and gristle. After removing it the meat tasted great. Baked potato was soft and hot as well as the bread. They do offer a salad bar but I didn't try it. It's an older place but seems to be the "restaurant" in Douglas, GA. When I walked in I was asked if I had a reservation, I didn't but luckily there was one spot at the bar so I ate there. This is one of my favorite bars in all the world. I travel a bit and love coming back to Coffee County to visit the Fern Bank. The drinks are on point, food is too. Lots to look at on the walls. I just wish they were open longer hours. Can't wait to make a trip back to visit. Service and patrons great too!!

There was eight of us guys that came down to hunt ducks in Pearson Georgia. We asked some local friends for a great place to grab a steak. They told us about the Fern Bank Grill. I’ll have to say it was excellent. Our group said it was one of the best steaks ever had !!They cooked our Steak over fire absolutely delicious highly recommend to anyone looking for some really good food and great service.
