I can not recommend this cafe to a future 1st timer. Over the past 5 years I have attempted to order from this place a dozen times and it is hit or miss. As of today, I give up! With the increase in food and gas all a customer request is the orders to be correct since we are trying to “keep it local”. Perfect venue for any event!! We enjoyed celebrating my dad's 70th birthday at Tip Top! The food was delicious as always!! Thank you, Kayla Sellers!!
