Subway in Douglasville

“Thoroughly appreciate the wonderful and positive attitude of the young man behind the counter who i assume is maybe the manager? (He said he was a father of 5). Nevertheless he was extremely pleasant and friendly which is hard to find these days in an employee. Keep up the great work!“

“My family and I stopped in here because we were in the area and craving a sandwich. The young men working were nice and very fast. I tried the chicken bacon ranch sub (toasted). It was actually really good because it was rotisserie chicken. The others had a sweet onion chicken teriyaki sub. It’s good if you like a bit of a sweeter sauce. I had a to try a cookie afterwards and it was actually delicious and soft. I’m usually a Firehouse type and it had been years since I tried Subway. I think I’m going to say I prefer Subway now!!“

“Forgive me in advance if I misspelled the name but Serenity and broshana both girls did such a absolutely great job well mannered and gave us such a great experience and when I got home and bit into the sandwich I could tell they were made with love shout out to you Serenity and brashana thank you for your service.“

“Food was surprisingly good. Place was small and abandoned however; I saw about 5 people walk in the entire time I was there.
Service was acceptable, however, the worker stared at me awkwardly the whole time. Very uncomfortable. 4 stars.“

We were reluctant to order Subway because the quantity and quality of the products in recent years.

The staff at the Douglasville store on Fairburn Rd. was warm and friendly. Shout out for Brandi, who was very helpful.

Our sandwiches were delicious, with generous portions of meat and veggies. Everything was super fresh, made correctly, and they even called me to replace an item they had run out of.
In fact, we're getting it again tonight after less than a week.
Sure, they have a special, but I would get it anyway.“

“I wrote a poor review on this establishment as I came into the store 6-12 months ago And had a horrible experience. In all fairness, I have to say I went there today and I was service by a young gentleman named Adoni And another exceptional gentleman named Jalen. They took time with my food, as if they were eating it , prepared perfectly from end to end . Did not become frustrated with the “of can we add” . They were pleasant with the six customers before me and everyone left happy with their service. It was an awesome positive environment that the young men actually controlled! They were fast, efficient and delivered Awesome customer service that is not found a lot nowadays..“

“I went in early morning and the employee greeted me and worked quickly and efficiently. The tables and floor were clean. The food was great other than the fact that they only had four chip types but otherwise great. Reasonably priced as well. I'll be coming back here next time I want a quick meal and want a neat atmosphere.“
