“The service was quick and friendly. The dishes were decent overall. The curry chicken soup is definitely a must-try, but I’d skip the chewy chicken pieces. I ordered the ramen with bean sprouts and basil, but the broth was pretty bland and nothing stood out. The shrimp pineapple fried rice, though!!! Was delicious, I’d definitely order that again.“

“Bangkok Thai is a hidden gem tucked away near San Lucas next to Wingstop, but what truly made our visit special was our server, Maddie. She was absolutely amazing—warm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the entire menu. I have a food allergy, and Maddie took the time to thoroughly explain ingredients and potential allergens with complete confidence, which made me feel safe and genuinely cared for.

Her friendliness and professionalism elevated the entire experience, and it’s rare to find a server who combines such kindness with such strong knowledge. We started with the spring rolls, which were delicious—fresh, crispy, and full of flavor. Thanks to Maddie, our visit was stress-free, enjoyable, and memorable. We will definitely be back!

Update-We returned a few days ago and learned that Maddie is no longer working there. While the food was still good, the friendly and sweet energy we experienced before just wasn’t there this time. It definitely felt different.“
