Apparently they can't keep any good help wait time in drive thru is awful it I mean 30 minutes or longer always same story short staffed every since the new owners took over serious thinking about Starbucks maybe more but I can get in and out and not be late to
Half of the staff is illiterate as about half of the time the order is wrong. I always mobile order. Ordered two chicken pepper wraps. Got two sausage egg wraps. Consistently out of stock of biscuits. There's a small couple of staff that know what they are doing, how to read, and are pleasant.

Here goes a rant! How can you serve ice cream in a cup and be OUT OF SPOONS! This was so ridiculous. We were going to sit down and eat our ice cream after the Christmas parade today. So we had to drive all the way home and eat half melted ice cream at home where we were not out of spoons. Yes I am ill. Stupid on the part of management.
