The Manager who worked on 12/5/2023 in Dublin GA on Hillcrest at night is fantastic. He deserves a raise. I wanted to send my Son a pizza from Florida and after the 800# charged me 3 times and then said my card declined and hung up on me 3x. I called back and got the local store There was a very nice young lady who got the Manager after I told her what happened and he got the order sent and was very professional 5 stars for the Papa John on Hillcrest. Great food. But unprofessional workers. And unorganized, I gave them an hour to have my food ready and when I came to get it the guy told me it wasn't done yet, so I went to get something and come back 15 mins later and they found it in the corner on their shelf that I saw there when I came the first time. My opinon, employees need more training.
