So much better now that the old manager is back. She is so nice a d helpful. Food was fresh, customer service was excellent. I was so happy to see her smiling face there. I can't remember her name but I want to thank her for her hard work at our local KFC.
I don't know which was worse the weather or the attitude of the employees. They are very unprofessional and rude. I usually don't ever eat at KFC and now I know to stay away from them all together because it seems to be a pattern with this chain. If you want good customer service and chicken that is not swimming in grease, stick to Chick-fil-A.
