“I’ve been visiting this location for quite some time and usually have an average experience. The place is relatively clean and the food tastes like any other Ihop, but the last two times I visited, I had the same server, Natalie, and she completely changed my experience. She was very friendly and attentive. Even when my little ones were being indecisive with their orders, she was still very patient and even went through some of the options with them. This is by far the best experience I've had at a restaurant; the food even seemed to taste better than previous times because she brought it out so quickly. Would 100% recommend this location!!“

“The sirloin tips quality wasn’t good in my opinion, but the manager came over and made up for it with the customer service, and brought my friend Birthday Ice cream so it’s nice that they were paying attention. Food was 3.5/5 customer service 4/5“
