The owner Jennifer White (she left a 5 star review, of course) is not fit to manage or own any restaurant. Daddy owns a few IHOP locations and so daddy gave her one. She will tell people to leave their shift if they are getting "overtime" because she refuses to pay. She is letting 20 year old kids run the restaurant at night and they aren't state approved servsafe certified. She is extremely unprofessional. This iHop has the worst customer service. They seat people in the whatever random order they want to seat them in. We were were a party of 9 waiting over an hour on a table. We understood it would take a while because we were a big party, however they decided to seat an entire basketball team that didn’t have a reservation and had only been waiting 20 minutes before seating us.
