Lifting Noodles Ramen offers a variety of options for customizing your ramen bowl. The first visit for takeout was enjoyable, with good meals and a beautiful area to walk around. The service was quick and efficient, although the ambiance was just okay. While the location is hard to miss, there was no sign with the restaurant name. The spicy miso broth with grilled chicken and marinated boiled egg was somewhat bland compared to other ramen places, with the broth lacking flavor. The chicken was good, but the egg was the least flavorful. Overall, it may be worth trying other broth options for more taste.
