The atmosphere is of Great Wall Supermarket so there are many options for food and drinks. We tried 2 buns not pictured the milkshake and oreo buns. The milkshake bun has a coconut sort of filling and was surprisingly dry. Though it was good the name was a little misleading but we also asked and they said it was coconut so they were honest. The oreo bun has a whip cream sort of filling and was also good but not as good as other places fillings. The bread itself was so heavenly...
Was so happy to find a bakery with the buns I used to buy in China Town (Vancouver, BC and Manhattan, NY), but be aware this spot is inside the market! That's not very clear on Google Maps.We tried the pineapple buns (filled and unfilled) and coconut buns, and they were delicious.
One of the best in Atlanta. Trust me. Selections is not huge compared to other Chinese bakeries, but what they make are high quality. The individual buns are bigger with more fillings than other places. They are not Korean bakery, so don’t compare them to the expensive Korean bakeries. Their individual sponge cake is awesome. I like everything I’ve tried - taro, dried meat roll, red BBQ meat, red bean, hot dog, etc.
