Unbelievable how much this location has gone downhill. My las order was burned so badly it was not fit to eat. When I contacted the store, the manager's attitude could not have been more apathetic. Contacted their corporate office twice- no response. It's too bad. This used to be a good place for pizza
When ordering online they give you an estimated delivery window. Our la pizza arrived 2 hours later and cold. Since we have ordered from them many times, we decided to give them one more chance. Tonight’s pizza is 30 minutes late and COLD AGAIN! Each time I called, and was told it was on its way out the door. I ordered online over an hour ago. Online tracker still says preparing the order. When I call, they finally pick up after the fourth attempt and a 8 minute hold and inform me they have only one driver and it would be another 20 minutes before the driver was even back. A courtesy call or email would have been helpful and I would have gone up to pick it up. Usually a lot better than this.
