Quality of Moe's chicken has gone steeply down hill. Salsa station constantly in need of a wipe down. Girl working the counter doesn't listen. She asks me what I want and I tell her a chicken and black bean burrito. She prepares the tortilla and asks again what kind of meat. I tell her again and then she asks what kind of beans. Why ask at the start then if you're not going to listen? The manager/owner blasting his phone call in the dining area on speaker didn't make for a pleasant...read full review
food was just ok but i came in with my kids and ordered a kids meal. Parents beware the price listed in the board is for a vegetarian option. The board states "Premium protein upcharge may apply" which is standard for things like steak and other meats but we paid an additional cost for ground beef and chicken. This used to be a place I looked forward to going to on Mondays. Two times we have placed an app order so we could use the convience of the drive thru only to get to the speaker and the employee tells us to come in to get the order. There was no one in the store and no one in the drive thru. The order was bagged and could easily be handed out of the window.
