“I went through the drive thru and ordered a Frontega chicken full sandwich. Paid for it and received only half. I went back through the drive through immediately and explained what happened. To my surprise Christian told me he would make it himself and he did!!! Not only did he get it right, he went above and beyond by remaking the entire order and offering a free cookie for the inconvenience! My food was hot and super delicious!!! I must admit this is the best prompt and professional service that I have received at this location in a while. Thank you Christian!!!! “Our youth group of 50+ kids went to this Panera for lunch in June 2025 and were treated so well by the staff! I was expecting super slow service and the staff to be annoyed by all those teenagers taking over their restaurant, but I was pleasantly surprised that each employee treated us with respect and didn't seem to mind that we stopped in to eat. The food was great and came out pretty quickly given how many people we had there. Thank you for making our experience great!“
“We moved across the country and we finally arrived after 5 days. And we were so cold, tired and so hungry, we went here for late dinner. We had brocolli cheddar soup with apple salad. The bread was amazing and we luved your brocolli cheddar soup and salad. They were perfect. We would come back when we are in Johns Creek now that we are neighbors. Luved the area, so pretty with all the trees.“
