“I went through the drive thru and ordered a Frontega chicken full sandwich. Paid for it and received only half. I went back through the drive through immediately and explained what happened. To my surprise Christian told me he would make it himself and he did!!! Not only did he get it right, he went above and beyond by remaking the entire order and offering a free cookie for the inconvenience! My food was hot and super delicious!!! I must admit this is the best prompt and professional service that I have received at this location in a while. Thank you Christian!!!! You are a shining star and restored my belief in great customer service at this Panera location!!!!! Bravo ? stay blessed sir!!! You deserve a promotion!“
“I usually go to the Panera further down sugarloaf because it’s closer to my work. Stopped by this one today and what a difference. The staff here is so friendly polite and helpful. I wish I had got names but everyone was so happy to be at work it seemed but one lady was especially polite. A black lady working the back and cleaning up with little twist in her hair.
My daughter sat at a table while I ordered for both of us and even she noticed and said “I haven’t seen people this happy to work in a long time”
The young black guy working the counter was really nice too. I heard him taking an order for someone with a language barrier and he was so helpful and didn’t show the least bit of frustration. I was there at noon on a Monday“
“We moved across the country and we finally arrived after 5 days. And we were so cold, tired and so hungry, we went here for late dinner. We had brocolli cheddar soup with apple salad. The bread was amazing and we luved your brocolli cheddar soup and salad. They were perfect. We would come back when we are in Johns Creek now that we are neighbors. Luved the area, so pretty with all the trees.“
