Servers asked customers to go to the counter to pay without providing the bill for them to review, and only read out the total amount. This process needs to be changed so everything is clear and accurate before payment.
Great pho! I’ve been looking for a good pho place. They have three bowl sizes and the medium is plenty. But also low key want the large next time I’m there. I got the pho seafood and it was so good. The extra bits are on the side so I just added some bean sprouts and was good to go. I didn’t feel rushed at all, just chilled out a while and read. You just pay at the counter whenever you’re ready. The staff were super nice. Absolutely will be back.
The food is great. However, the mandatory 20% tip added to the bill without any opt-out option felt restrictive and detracted from the experience. While the cuisine deserves five stars, the inflexible tipping policy leaves room for improvement.
