I’ve been coming to this Popeyes for years. The attitudes never cease and the speed of service is AWFUL. No less than a 30min wait every time. 8/10 times the food is old or incorrect. I got to the drive thru and the lady had an immediate attitude before I could begin my order. I went inside to speak to the manager. 3 individuals all claimed to be managers on duty. This place is horrible, rude staff, cold hard chicken and biscuits. Watered down red beans and rice. The staff is on their phone, talking amongst each other. Rude to customers if you ask for anything extra. My order is always wrong or missing something. This use to be one of the best Popeyes, it has went downhill.
If I could go w them 0 stars I would. The service is terrible, their attitudes are as nasty as their food. I ordered a large 8pc butterfly shrimp meal and it comes w 2 sides and a large drink. My shrimp was raw, my fries were hard, and my red beans & rice was sour and slimey.
