I’ve been coming to this Popeyes for years. The attitudes never cease and the speed of service is AWFUL. No less than a 30min wait every time. 8/10 times the food is old or incorrect. I got to the drive thru and the lady had an immediate attitude before I could begin my order. I went inside to speak to the manager. 3 individuals all claimed to be managers on duty. I used to just deal with Popeyes’ horrendous customer service (regardless of location) simply because they were one of a kind! But now that they’ve discontinued the Cajun rice, I have no reason to accept their long lines, bad attitudes etc.
absolute worse service EVER! I was asked to pull up waited for over 30 minutes. managment was extremely rude. I asked the manager for a rufund no refund was given and all of a sudden my food was ready. not at all what I ordered. Horrible is a understatement. this location should be closed
