we were there for the first time with my family; I ordered a chicken tender basket with fries and then went on to order $200 worth of seafood; we waited for about 10-15 minutes and the seafood was brought out; we ate the seafood and waited another 15 minutes and still no chicken basket or fries; I asked two waiters to ensure the order was placed and was told the chef was opening a new box of chicken to fry; after about 45 minutes from when the order was placed still no fries or chicken basket; my 4 yo was starving by this point and I had to leave to take him to get food elsewhere; NEVER going back again and do NOT recommend. Food was ok but service not worth the frustration.

My server was John. He ensured that our experience was amazing. He made insightful suggestions concerning the menu from personal experience. He loved their wings and suggested that they be cooked crispy, which were scrumptious by way (*chefs kiss*). And the peach mascoto was chilled just right. Everything served from the appetizers to the meal was fresh and delicious. I have been to Juicy Crab many times, but this visit somehow tops them all.

The hospitality here is exceptional—starting with Britney’s lovely welcome, followed by attentive service from John and expertly crafted drinks by Vincent. Please make sure you are thoroughly checking your pick up orders and not just taking the O.K from the workers at the front. I have been coming to this location for years and consistently. Last week when I picked up my order I was missing my half pound of shrimp. Luckily I caught it in the parking lot and was able to get it corrected. Unfortunately tonight once again they forgot the half pound of shrimp and I did not catch it until I arrived home. I called back and spoke to the manager who stated they checked the cameras and stated there were shrimp in the bag and that it was pretty much my loss because they went over it with me. I understand that’s their policy but one would think that when you have a customer who comes in frequently pretty much monthly there would be something to work out. Ive attached a picture of my create your own bag that you can clearly see is unopened and shrimpless.

I ordered a seafood boil with a crab cluster and sausage and shrimp, but my shrimp was tough and I called about it, and they said bring the food back, and all they did was give me shrimps and polish, even though I had the crab meat in the bag because when I got home I deshelled the crab so I could eat everything together,,,, But I returned all the food but the shells of the crab and they only gave me in return was the sausage and shrimps,,, When I actually returned everything but the shells of the crab legs and I drove 32 minutes to get the food……. That’s a restaurant that doesn’t want to accommodate the customers….Now they have all the crab meat that I deshelled trying to have a good meal, and the only wanted to
