“Service was fantastic. We had reached out earlier in the week as we were bring a small group of kids by and they were extremely accommodating and flexible to make things work for us with different options. When we got there, the staff was amazing with the kids and moving through quickly so they could get on to the good part of eating the ice cream,. Great experience from start to finish. Got to try and dirty some for the first time as well and loved it. Only issue is might have to keep coming back to try all the different combinations now.“

“The selection is amazing. I’m glad they don’t choose to do basic low effort cookies when they get a choice. When every store does a variation of chocolate chip cookie or m&m, I was happy to see that you guys have something good to offer worth spending money for. Presentation was bra and they didn’t skimp on icing. Lovely“

“We’ve waited a long time to go to Andy’s because the lines are always really long. Finally got into the drive-thru tonight when the line was a little shorter. Unfortunately I was given the wrong order which I didn’t know until I got home, and wasn’t going back. My concrete was really good - just not what I ordered. The one I got was full of nuts which would be really dangerous for someone with allergies (I don’t have any, but son does). Lesson is to check your order before you leave. Again, really good and we’ll be back.“

“I would just like to give a BIG shout out to the staff at the Toco Hills location. Two days ago I placed an order for delivery to my son on his Birthday June 10th as a surprise. I had never ordered from them nor had anything delivered from them. When I placed the order everything was super easy. But I messed up and put in the address completely wrong. When I tried to revise, it wouldn't let me on line. I called the store for help, the girl who answered the phone was so polite and so helpful. She tried everything she could to help me but unfortunately she couldn't figure it out either. So I said, it's ok, thanks I will try again on my end. I still couldn't cancel or update. I called back the next morning and got another person who AGAIN was extremely patient and so very helpful. She did everything she could as well to help, finally she got a manager and they canceled my first order and we got it all straightened out. My son received his cookies today and enjoyed them so much and was also very surprised. I am so sorry I did not get anyone's name, but Management needs to know that you and your staff are doing a great job and are giving great customer service. Something that has lately gone by the wayside. I will definitely purchase again! Thank you.“

“To be honest this place is elegant but has a refreshing Taste palate. Not only does it make you feel like your having an honest great experience 1st hand of gelato or not to mention that it's not something you'll have every day so they make the experience more desirable than anything“

“The quality of the food is top notch. The facility has a cool vibe to it with the high ceilings, open kitchen, and large bar. Iirc, the wine racks are a throwback to the original FSE. Our waitress Nei (sp?) really knew the menu and made great recommendations on pairings of food. The seating area is rather open and can be noisy. The portions are appropriate for your meal, and there were no leftovers at our table. Prices are on par with other restaurants of this caliber. Plenty of free parking right behind the restaurant. We will be back. 💯“

“Still love their matcha, especially their hojicha but I decided to try their seasonal drink this time and I enjoyed both the sundae and the sticky rice latte. Their store is still small and not of seating and doesn’t have lot of parking in front but there is a big parking lot next door.“

I got a ezquite ( corn, sour cream, mayo, lime and powder chili)
Dubai chocolate churro, ice cream. Doritos fixed with cucumbers, mango, Valentina and many other good things!

“They made my day special with cheese and kit kat filling taiyaki fish. Even though I could never eat these again cause of diet restrictions now. I enjoyed every bite. They are even fun for kids to play before eating. If I had to tell someone to try some taiyaki, this place is it. I highly recommend trying them out for fresh over usual frozen store brought taiyaki. “I ordered cupcakes for my anniversary, and it became the main event ! Wow Sharon makes gorgeous cupcakes and not only that but they are the best I have ever had . Soft and decadent. It’s such a unique gift to get someone. Who wouldn’t love boozy cupcakes ! Also I’m very picky on icing and the icing was delicious. Sharon goes above and beyond here! I recommend her to everyone!“

“I like the coffee they have. A lot of places nearby my home claim to sell Vietnamese coffee but it never has the dark and sweetness it’s suppose to have. I also appreciate the bigger sized cups for it. People always sell them in super small cups and claim it’s because “it’s super strong” but after drinking them I’d barely feel energized enough to do anything.“
