“I had to seat myself X5 people came in after I did and ordered my food BTW. They received their food prior to mine. I asked the waitress about my food. She then gave my food 20mins later. Everything was COLD! grits w/lumps cold, bacon cold, cheese eggs cold, the toast was old/cold! I spoke with the waitress and left NO TIP! WORST W/H EVER!!!“

“I eat here very often. The staff are expected to be very verbally welcoming, and they are.
It's unfair that the wait staff are paid as wait staff, but they are required to perform far more cleaning of the restaurant as a whole, windows, etc.
I've known families who work here. I always encourage staff to buy the stock, but these are the working poor. The company takes advantage of their employees' need for employment and fear to request a pay adjustment.
Updated menues are bring price increases again. Corporate greed at It's best, not inflation.
I'm not kin to anyone affiliated with Waffle House. I'm a patron who gives a damn about the working poor in America 🇺🇸 and Waffle House is an industry leader who needs to raise the bar.
Wheelchair accessibility: Available but very tight and difficult to manage.“
