“I ordered through DoorDash and the Dasher did not bring part of my order saying they dropped it. The dasher stopped communication with me when I called them out on it. I called the store itself and spoke with the manager David. He was so kind and understanding. He said he blocked the Dasher and he personally sent me another one of my order with an extra garlic rolls with sauce! I am above pleased and happy with the service!! David put a personal note on the boxes and it made my whole day! Toccoa restaurants can be give and take but David went above and beyond! Thank you David! I will continue to eat at our local Papa John’s because of you!“

“You guy's killed it this morning!!!! Came through and grabbed a breakfast burrito around 11:30 and had to wait like 10 minutes, but that's REALLY good, when you consider I ordered a huge breakfast burrito right in the middle of lunchtime. Quality wise the burrito was perfect, tots were awesome, and it wasn't completely full of jalapenos, just a little throughout which is nice.. All around a perfect experience for a Sonic breakfast. Thank you guys!

“Breakfast biscuits are very good however the sausage patties they use are extremely cheap quality--some of the worst I've ever had. Not sure why they would choose these instead of something that tastes like real sausage. No complaints about the sausage bacon cheese biscuit though“

“My husband and I were traveling through and stopped for lunch. Immediately we were greeted with a smile and cheerful hello. Keisha took our order. She was cheerful and sweet, great personality for front counter. Food was fresh and hot. Restroom and dining area was very clean.“

“A while back I wrote a review of the Hardee's in Lavonia. I was not very kind. The food was good but the service was terrible. Since that time this store has made a 180 degree change. The store has been remodeled. It is clean and nice. The food is still great but the biggest change is the staff. They are great. Quick and courteous. It is a joy to stop and have breakfast now. The time frame was less then 30 minutes from placing order on line to Delivery time, The pizza was absolutely fantastic, the Cinnabon was super good!! The pizza was exactly as ordered. “Always a five star. The food is amazing and the service is to. The best Hardee's I have eaten at yet. I start every morning off with there breakfast and it never disappoints. If you are from out of town or in town and you like your food fresh,hot,and fast then do yourself a favor and stop by. The employees are great to. Mrs. Ruby is one of my favorite. Her smile and friendly conversation in the morning reminds me good people are still out there. Great job ???“

“Okay, so I'd imagine my experience is the outlier, not the norm, as I stopped in at 1:15-ish on a Sunday, so the church rush was in full swing, and even considering that I'd worked in fast food 25 years ago, I've never seen a fast food joint quite so busy. We're I to rate entirely on what I'd experienced it would probably be a 3 star trip, but they get a grace star for how dang busy it was. Here's what went down: I ordered from the kiosk. Kiosk prompts me for a table tent number. There's no table tents, so I just make up a number and try to stand out of the way until I see the food come out. 23 minutes later the food came out, without a cup for my drink. Had to wait in line for another 4 minutes to get a cup. That was kind of a weird one, the kid at the register just kind of stared at me like I slapped his dog or something. Finally asked for the cup when I realized he wasn't going to say anything. By the time I got to the table with my food the burger was room temperature, but the fries were piping hot, so what I think might have happened was that they weren't able to keep up with fry demand, but we're still making burgers as ordered. Anyway, other than cold, the burger was pretty dang tasty.
I'm down that way often enough for work, will order again when they're more prepared for A+ service, and update my review based on that experience.“
