I got a marble cake for my son’s first birthday and the chocolate she uses is not too much and its MORE than enough cake with how many tiers she puts, so make sure you have at least 20 people because a half a sheet cake will be more than enough. But all in all everyone loved it and I will always order from her in the future.“

“Octavia and Nidavah mixed me the most delicious and beautiful Pomegranate Margaritas.
Both ladies were kind and friendly, interacting in conversation with me and happy dispositions. I was relaxing during my layover and the drinks were wonderful, best tasting margaritas I ever had and they made the atmosphere very pleasant.
Great employees and great place to pit stop at the ATL airport.

“The line stays out the door on the weekends, and for good reason. Evergreen’s pastries are on point. I tried 5 different pastries and would recommend every single one. They had 3 different pumpkin pastries (during the fall) for the basic bishes (I got all three). Their meat pies are stuffed. Want vegetables? Go elsewhere; here, it is about bread, meat, and sweets. They have vegetarian options, but it’s a butcher shop, so set expectations accordingly. The prices are totes worth it.

There is no seating indoors or outdoors, but Evergreen is located in the Kirkwood retail area, so grab a pastry and go for a lil walk. The area is cute and safe. Dress is casual, or however you want to look walking around.

There is easily accessible free street parking, and there is also unofficial stroller parking in front of the shop. There were 3 strollers lined up out front. One mother jokingly asked her baby if she wanted to stay outside in the stroller while she went into Evergreen. Guess she feels super safe in the area or is over the kid. Who knows?“

“I have been going here for years & it has never been better! such friendly staff and wonderful custom cakes and amazing pastries,--everything from cinnamon conchas to almond croissants to smoky "bacon" empanadas. and all the breakfast and lunch food--especially the jackfruit bbq sandwich --is auper delicious.“

“I have never ordered from here before but I am very picky about my food especially for the prices that grubhub and uber eats charge it puts more pressure on the company to make everything perfect. “Go for the coffee, stay for the mushroom quiche. Theres a certain level of expectation that comes from neighborhood coffee shops in nicer parts of Atlanta, sure. What's not necessarily expected is people who enjoy their job and who serve exquisite morning pastries. This mushroom quiche took a normal morning at a coffee shop and turned it into a memorable occurrence. I will now crave this pastry in the recesses of my mind: it has forever raised the bar for breakfast dining. I recommended to the very nice owners that they keep serving this pastry.

“Nice coffee shop. A little pricey. The service is just fine. We waited for our coffees about 15 minutes. They missed the order or something, I had to go to them and ask where’s the coffee. The employee said “I’m gonna make it now” - after 15 minutes passed. The food arrived maybe 25 minutes later after we ordered.“

“Just visited today, was met with a hello and a smile. I took a min to browse the menu and the Guy behind the counter was very helpful as it was my first time visiting this shop. I know nothing about the plants but they are beautiful and the shop as a whole was beautifully decorated.

“This was my first time visiting this bakery. The prices were reasonable. I bought a few pastries but there was a bag of salted caramel donuts that I purchased that I wasn't pleased with. When I got home I saw that they were past the "best by" date. Then when I went to open them, I discovered that the bag was ripped down the side and the donuts were hard as rocks. I threw the whole bag away. I'll be paying closer attention if and when I visit again. The cashier was too preoccupied on his phone to even look up and make eye contact. The customer service was lacking unfortunately.“

“Saw Roxie’s Cookies in Fayetteville at a fair. I had no they were vegan cookies when offered a free sample. I tried the caramel oatmeal cookie and it was by far one of the best cookies I’ve ever had. I referred to them as “violently flavorful” as I immediately bought some for myself. This is a must try and I can’t wait to see them again.“

“Cakes By The Pound and More will be my go to bakery going forward! She was professional, delivered on time and was so easy to work with. The cake delivered on design and taste! My daughter didn't think the cake was real because of how great it looked. My family and friends are really judgmental and they LOVED the french vanilla cake. Normally pretty cakes are dry and not edible. This cake was moist (and the layers were thick). I'm also not a big fan of fondant but this is the best tasting one I've ever had.“

“This Bakery is a must go!! Not only was the atmosphere nice, but the service was also great. They had a very clean and cozy environment. I got the chocolate chip cookie and the biscoff cookie the Biscoff cookie had a creamy not too sweet but not bitter taste to it and tasted even better when slightly warmed. The chocolate chip cookie was crunchy at first but after I warmed it up it was like taking a bite out of heaven. Would ? recommend. Can't wait to try more of their baked goods.“

“Which cake to choose was the hardest decision I had! Each one is delicious! She decorates each special occasion cake with her consideration of each customer, Nothing seems to be impossible for her. Our grand daughter's Princess Castle cake was spectacular! All the children wanted to eat the castle towers“
