“I felt like waffles this morning, so my son and I headed to the WH. Our server, aptly named Chiri, greeted us right away. She was wearing a mask, but he smile shone thru!
At the table next to us, one of the guests sent back everything he'd ordered, plate by plate. Their server politely apologized each time and took the plates back. The head cook even went to their table and apologized for the quality of the food (though he was the only one in the joint who was displeased). Neither staffer had any kind of attitude about it either. That's service!
There were minor issues with our orders, but as my son put it, "they're doing a great job, so I'm not gonna be 'that guy' and complain." He even left the tip out of his own pocket!
The team was all friendly and worked together seamlessly. The kitchen area was clean and orderly, despite how busy it was. This was a delightful visit and I was sure to let the team know how awesome they were!“
“I just LOVE Ms. Dee from Waffle House #1832. I now just come in and sit down while she recites my entire order… she even remembers that I need Heinz 57 with my chicken and I love that! Keep up the AWESOME work Ms. Dee!!!

“My first visit at this location and I had such an incredible experience with my Server Ankwinice she was patient which I greatly appreciated because I couldn’t decide what to order. She provided great service with a smile. The food was on point and my order was correct. This location was a bit cheaper than another location I frequent so I will definitely be back!“
