I (was) a regular at this restaurant - It was one of my favorites. However, I just had an experience that will make me rethink ever going again. We got one drink and that was it, cause the waitress never came back to fill our drinks after they were emptied. We ordered a large queso. We didn’t finish it, so I asked for a cup to take it home when she brought our check. She brought a cup, but didn’t bring chips.. Our son has a dairy allergy and we informed our server of that and 2 bites in and he started having a reaction. Server and manager both blamed us for his reaction and didn’t even offer an apology.
We got one refill & then our drinks sat empty. Part of our order wasn’t hot, part of it was wrong- the quesadilla we ordered wasn’t cooked on the outside. We were told the manager was too busy to help
