My family loves this bakery. They have great breads that are made well. Looking for some bread to have with chilly or soup? They got. Need some good bread for sandwiches? They got it. Want a pastry dessert? They got it.
We first discovered High Mountain Bread at the Jasper Farmer's Market and made a trip to their storefront today. We've loved everything we've gotten from them and everyone is very nice!
Everything, breads and pastries, looked great when we first walked into this small shop. But we were a bit disappointed. Chocolate croissant was cool inside as from thawing. Focassia was very thin and dry. But the young man waiting on us was very friendly and attentive.
